We have made the booking process very simple.
If you are happy to proceed we will send you a further email requesting a booking fee and an online contract to be signed.
Once we receive the contract signed and we receive your booking fee we will send you confirmation that the event is booked. If for any reason you don’t receive the booking confirmation email please let us know at the earliest opportunity.
All payments prior to the event are accepted through the website using all major Credit/Debit cards and/or PayPal, we also accept BACS payments although please bare in my that BACS payments take longer to clear. If you do pay by BACS please enter your name and the word WEDDING in the Reference box so its easy to find your payment in our bank statements.
We normally would expect you to pay the remaining balance in cash on the day of the event itself, however if you wish to pay the balance off in full before the day itself you are welcome to do so either through the website using a Credit/Debit, your PayPal account or via BACS – letting us know that this is your intent.
- Finally, we do not accept payments by cheque.
- We do not have the means to accept card payments via a hand-held device on the day of your event.
Once booked, you can continue to contact us by phone or email anytime.
We will contact you nearer the week of the event date to confirm all details are correct and to ask if you may have any final requirements, song requests or any other changes.
